Joseph Abadi’s Whole Rye Crackers are made from whole seeds & grains – contain over 17% natural insoluble fibres. Rich in vitamins from group B, folic acid, Omega 3, calcium & iron. Baked by a unique process which retains the nutritional value of the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS: Whole rye flour (33%) (contains gluten), oat flakes, sunflower seeds, water, linseeds, whole sesame, bran, salt, natural anti-oxidant (rosemary extract).
